WINDOW CLEANING

I use a pure water system that removes the traffic film and dust that builds up over time. It dries naturally without leaving the sticky soap residue that regular cleaning often leaves behind.

You get a complete service that covers the glass, frames, sills, and doors as standard. Cleaning the plastic is just as important as the glass for making your home look sharp from the road. This also stops dirt from staining your uPVC over the long term.

The SkyVac system allows me to clear your gutters safely from the ground. Because I don't need to lean heavy ladders against your property, there is no risk of damaging your plastic gutters or your roofline. It also means I can reach difficult spots, like gutters above conservatories or extensions, that a person on a ladder simply couldn't get to.

Option 1: The Maintenance Wash
Best for: uPVC that is slightly dull or has a light coating of dust and traffic film. This is a "pure water" rinse that lifts away surface dirt and brings back that lovely white shine. It’s perfect for homeowners who like to keep on top of their property maintenance once a year. It’s quick, effective, and keeps your home looking sharp.
Option 2: The Deep Clean & Restoration
Best for: uPVC that hasn't been cleaned in years or is heavily stained with green algae and black "tiger stripes." When the dirt is baked on, water alone isn't enough. For this service, I use professional-grade, eco-friendly degreasers and exterior cleaning agents designed specifically for uPVC. This is a "total reset"—we break down the deep-seated grime and organic growth to bring the plastic back to its original factory white. Because this requires specialized products and significantly more time, the cost is higher, but the transformation is incredible.

This safely lifts away organic growth without any risk of damaging the surface. For higher areas, I use a 7m pressure washing lance, which allows me to get a deep, consistent clean on the top sections of your house while working safely from the ground.
